We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.


Shipping Costs


At this time, we do not offer any shipping options for our fresh poultry products. We only accept self-pickup at our store located at 493 Jurong West Street 41 #01-01 Singapore 640493.

We believe that this policy provides our customers with the freshest and highest-quality products possible. By allowing customers to pick up their orders directly from our store, we can ensure that they are receiving the freshest product possible.




3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind


Orion Marts Pte. Ltd. will not accept returns due to change of mind.


3.2 Return Due to Defects


As stated in our return policy, we only accept self-pickup at our store, and customers must inspect the product before leaving the store.

If you believe you have received a defective item, we kindly ask that you come directly to our store and show us the item. We will then assess the item and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a replacement or a refund.

We take the quality of our products very seriously and we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.


Delivery Terms


4.1 Transit Time within Singapore

Our store, which only offers self-pickup at 493 Fresh Poultry | Blk 493 Jurong West Street 41 #01-01 Singapore 640493, allows customers to choose any available pickup date after 2 days of placing their order. The available pickup dates will be displayed during the checkout process on our website.

For example, if you place an order on Tuesday, you can choose any available pickup date starting from Thursday and beyond. We kindly ask that customers please contact our store manager, Mr. Chia at +6586861781 if there is an urgent need for the goods.

Our store operates from Tuesday to Sunday, and we are closed on Mondays. However, customers can place an order for fresh poultry at any time of the day on our website. Please note that orders will be processed and ready for pickup only during our operating hours.

Our store hours for order pickup are from 7AM to 12PM. We kindly ask that customers adhere to our store hours and pickup their orders within the designated times.




Tracking Notifications


Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Duties & Taxes


6.1 Sales Tax


Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

7. Cancellations


Orion Marts Pte. Ltd. will not accept cancellations due to change of mind. Cancellations requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and any refund approved will be in store credits only.
