We understand that purchasing fresh poultry can be a sensitive matter and we want to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Due to the perishable nature of fresh poultry, we have a strict no refund or return policy after self pick up and inspection in-store.
Once a customer has picked up their fresh poultry order and has inspected the product in-store, we will not be able to accept any returns or issue any refunds. It is the responsibility of the customer to carefully inspect the product before leaving our store and to ensure that they are satisfied with their purchase.
If a customer finds any issues with the fresh poultry product before leaving the store, they must bring it to the attention of our staff immediately. We will work with the customer to resolve any issues at the time of pickup.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
